Kinaesthetics in Health Care

Objectives of the refresher course:

The participant should be able to:

• Know the importance of your own "Active Movement" in relationship to your own health and the learning process
• Know the concepts of Kinaesthetics and apply them to your on thinking to better understand your own actions
• Expand your own movements and improve your flexibility in order to reduce physical strain
• Learn to support others so they can participate actively

• Comfortable Clothing
• Pen and Paper
• Two Handtowels
• Yoga matt

Course Cost:

300.-- CHF per participant includes: 4 days, each day 8 hours of training, course materials continuing education course completion certificate.

  50.-- CHF per participant for towles and certificate
